We ship throughout Guatemala using reliable courier services. For international shipping, please contact us before purchasing to verify coverage and costs.

Preparation Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• During peak seasons (Christmas, Children's Day, etc.) preparation time may be extended, which will be notified in advance.

Delivery Time

• Guatemala City: 1-2 business days after shipping.

• Departments: between 2 and 5 business days , depending on location.

Shipping Cost

• Shipping costs vary by destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.

• You can apply free shipping promotions when available (see banners or active promotions).

Follow-up
