You must have a space on the wall of 17.5 x 24.25 inches (the size of the world map) to stick it with double-sided adhesive tape that we include in the packaging.

We ship throughout Guatemala using reliable courier services. For international shipping, please contact us before purchasing to verify coverage and costs.

Preparation Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• During peak seasons (Christmas, Children's Day, etc.) preparation time may be extended, which will be notified in advance.

Delivery Time

• Guatemala City: 1-2 business days after shipping.

• Departments: between 2 and 5 business days , depending on location.

• Shipping costs vary by destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.

• You can apply free shipping promotions when available (see banners or active promotions).

Follow-up

We'll send you a tracking number or confirmation once your order has shipped. You can track it through the courier service indicated.

💻 Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products, such as printables, notebooks, and templates, will be available for immediate download once payment is confirmed.

How do I receive them?

• A download link will be sent to your email.

• You can also access them from your account on the website, in the “My Downloads” section.
